Paying when I am done already

I have paid up all my debt personally to the companies I owed as far as I know I don’t owe anything, but hyphen is still debiting my money monthly . When I call I can’t get through to them don’t bother with these people, I need to close my bank account from Old Mutual and move until this is sorted as I cannot keep on paying when I am done
