Bad service full of ****s

I contacted THN debt councillors in December to help with my bills, but now I'm just left with heartache. Their service is unprofessional and *****, they over charge you only to discover they haven't even done a single thing. They are rude to such an extent the owner just hang up on me when I tried to ask what is happening with my account.
