THN Debt consellor wanted me to pay them for free assessment as per their website, Last year December i did enquiry on their website, they ask me to send and ID and power of attorney which I did, they quote me 10k if I need their services on debt removal I decline the quotation, this year march 2024 i get myslf self a new DC now they refuse to send my file to a new DC they said I must pay and I ask how much they don't tell me they said the appropriate person will get back to me, ever since I am still waiting the appropriate person to call me.

I have to pay for my file to be transferred from current DC to new DC.. Please help me I am frustrated
