Can you please refund us our money back. You cant take R3780 from us just like that. I have been telling you that we are now unable to travel due to personal reasons and you dont want to listen. It is stated clearlt on your invoice that you cant refund if cancellation is within 7 days of occupation so in this case cancellation has happened very early. You are even ignoring our calls.
