Please can you assit. First group and Thlari Travel do not want to refund me my R3780 that I paid. I am cancelling the booking because I am experiencing personal problems which are beyond my control and now they dont want to refund the travel agent who is Thlari travel so that the agent can refund me. I am experiencing serious problems and cannot go to the hotel anymore. I am not happy with this. Both Thlari Travel and First Group must refund me.
