VERY BAD SERVICE FROM NURSE AT THLABANE CLINIC RUSTENBURG

Good Morning People from Rustenburg I went to Thlabane Clinic this morning to join their antenatal programe I was there just after 6 this morning I ask the ladies at reception where must I go to open a file for the antenatal programme so the lady at reception told me to sit and their will help me after 2 hours sitting in line to be assisted once in front asked again to open a antenatal file the lady at reception told me to go to maternity ward so the time was already to 10 in the morning got to maternity ward where I was met by a very rude young nurse that told me I am late and they only take 10 pasients for the day so after I tried to explain to her that its my first time at the clinic and that nobody told me to go thru to maternity ward from the start how can she say I am late to be assisted so then she answerd me that I can wait but she wpuld be able to assist me on opening a file because she leave 4 o clock to go home so I really hope that someone one from management can contact me regarding this matter because its unacceptable to point no 1 to treat people like that point no 2 to refuse to assist a person in any manner and point no 3 to refuse a new pasient
