Thistle Hotel

On the 26 February I booked online at the Thistle Hotel not knowing it was a tavern motel where drunkards drink and play loud music and the smoking infiltrates the rooms. I raised my concerns and the manager called the owner and they said I must go and see the room I had booked in. When I got to the room it was stinking of cigarettes and alcohol, I immediately got a headache and was dizzy. I called bookings.com and they reassured me that they would refund my booking fee. Up until today I have never received my booking fee even though I never slept in that dirty tavern. I want my refund because I had to book into another hotel and had medical bills because I went to see a Dr.
