Pathetic customer service

Placed an order at the end of May the day the merchandise was released paid on the same day, was delivered the incorrect order and was told to wait for the correct one. I have been waiting since May and it's been over a month, messages and calls go unanswered.Totally unacceptable especially when trying to support local during this crisis.
