rude!!!

This side up couriers has the worst drivers ever, they are so rude and unruly.. they 1st come to collect and they have no idea who they are collecting for, when you tell them to please find out who booked for them, they started acting and saying they are her to collect for a package that is going to Mpumalanga, I mean really, how many companies are there in Mpumalanga?? and when I have 5 packages all going to that place which one should I give them? when they have managed to find out, they come with a waybill that is not filled and ask you to fill it in, cause they cant, when you tell them no I cant fill that in because the company that booked you guys is your client you fill it in, all my stuff is ready and filled in form our side all you need to do is to sign, but with them you must start filling up the waybill, waybills must come filled it, it is not my responsibility to fill it in, and you the look and attitude they have with you when they fill it in my word...PLEASE LEARN YOUR DRIVERS SOmE MANnERS...every company I know complains about how rude your drives are.
