Strongly recommend against purchasing from this site

I have never been one to write a negative review about a company because I believe we should address issues directly with them but I owe it to the rest of the community to inform you better. I placed an order and paid for it on 26 June. After numerous ''COVID" excuses for the delay in delivery, I spoke to Shazia a few times who said she was personally tracking my order. They sent an email saying they're including free merch (it was a T-Shirt) for keeping us waiting. I finally received my parcel on 26 August via Fastway Courier. It was not what I ordered and the size was incorrect! The quality is not the greatest either. I expressed my disappointment via email and said that I will advise anyone against ordering from their site. Their Instagram account doesn't allow for comments. They lead people on by posting the same old stories. They do not respond to messages on Insta. I went as far as sending a DM to Max Hurrell asking if I had been ****med, he said that I was not in a ****. Perhaps he does not know about the service delivery of the company because he might have received complimentary merchandise. Lesson learned is to ALWAYS investigate a website before purchasing from them.
