On Saturday 01 October I had lunch at Passi Deli and wanted to browse the stores. This is me by Nicoleen F is one of the stores I wanted to do "window shopping" in. I saw a Louis Vuitton handbag and asked her if it was authentic because it was so cheap. She took a yellow "card of authenticity" out of the handbag and showed me where the handbag was damaged so I believed, because of the damage, it was so cheap. Never again will I support and trust a small business owner! After searching on the Louis Vuitton website for the "same" design, I found that the handbag I bought is a knockoff Multi Pochette Accessoires and after researching, I found that no authentic Louis Vuitton comes with a yellow card of authenticity.

On Monday 03 October I went to the store to return the handbag, not just because it is a knockoff, but also because she was dishonest. I was greeted by someone else who told me Nicoleen is not working today and that I must come back the next day but she doubts Nicoleen will have a problem refunding the handbag.

On Wednesday 05 October I went to the store again to return the handbag, but she does not refund handbags because customers buy it, use it for a few days and then return it. The handbag still has the price tag on! What normal person walks around with the price tag on? I told her that her refund policy on her website states that items, excl earrings, swimwear and underwear, can be returned within 10 days. This woman then says her store refund policy is that items must be returned within 7 days and that excludes handbags. The joke is that she said she has her refund policy at the pay point so that customers can see it, but the refund policy is strategically placed at the top of a shelf next to the pay point where no one will see it. She had to show me where the refund policy is!

This woman goes against everything in the Consumer Protection Act. Never in my life will I support this money *** of a place again!

And just to put the cherry on the cake; her website states that if you want to return an item and the bag she gave you is damaged, she will deduct R50! R50 for a bag that costs no more than R15!
