****** staff and management, no approach at all. No understanding of what it means to be welcoming.

I'm disgusted, I'm shocked, I'm offended by the treatment we received from the Pub. ****** staff, no manners on how to approach PAYING CUSTOMERS. My friends and I would never recommend this place to anyone. We were singled out to produce I.D's...when asked for a reason why, the answer was oh just to make sure we were old enough. Mind you I am a mother of two so there is no way I look under 18. No1 else was asked to do the same, the approach it's self was hostile. We didn't mind producing our I. D's bt treat your customers the same no matter the race. We felt so unwelcomed by the staff and manager. Who ever the manager is he needs to get trained on how to be a manager and the qualities of a manager if he wants to be successful in what he is doing. Again I repeat, I am discussed, I'm offended and shocked. Never will I recommend this place to anyone and as a manager myself I would never recommend any of my clients there.
