Wonderful service

What an unbelievable experience I had with Deane McNeill, the key accounts manager at Thirsti. I had inquired from Thirsty as to where in Howick I could purchase their products. Deane not only gave me the names of the shops that stocked their product but also told me which shelf I would find them. A few days later, he contacted me to find out if I came right and then asked me if I had tried all 4 flavours. I said that I had only tried the Blueberry flavour. He told me not to worry, he would rectify that and had all 4 flavours delivered to my house. Now that is someone who has not only promoted his product but has converted me to a supporter of his awesome products
