still awaiting my refund .

Placed an order beginning lockdown , 28th June , waited 2 weeks after lockdown , no delivery , no feedback , phoned them to be told they had no stock one of the items , they delivered the others and sent an email/invoice saying I was partially refunded , only I wasn't . 4-5 emails and two telephone calls later I'm still waiting . They told me that it was under investigation and asked for my banking details to make a manual refund , that was two days ago , long enough for a payment to reflect . Thirst , don't call me , just refund my money ...
