Damaged Replay sneakers that I bought 3 months later

On 22 September 2023 I bought a Replay sneaker costing R1,749.00.

My problem is within 4 months the sneakers skin was was damaged 💔 and according to my inspection it looks like a factory fault. I logged a call with them they sent a courier guy to collect it for inspection the kept quet for days until I asked.The response was that they can't help me because it happened after 3 months.

This is really painful when I buy branded expensive shoe from a professional shop like Thirdbaseurban only to wear it for couple of day then damaged, what is the different between them and the street ?

I have all the proof of what I'm saying.
