Lack of service delivery and theft

After successful installation of an alarm system and intercom, I requested installation of two monitors and camera for two houses. I put down a deposit of R3 476.46. After countless attempts at installation, Danny's staff were unable to get the monitors or the camera to work. The monitors looked random and cheap. The installation required massive holes to be made in the walls which I had to pay my builder to make (not once but a couple of times). This meant that I had to call him back at least 5 times to remove the monitors from out of the wall. This has been going on since October last year. In February I sent a message to tell him that since he could not get the job done, I'd like him to fetch the monitors and the camera and pay my deposit back. To date Danny has not had the courtesy to call me back or to respond to any of my sms's or e-mails. He obviously does not want to pay my deposit back which I see as THEFT, I find the kind of business practice disgusting on every level possible. I would absolutely NOT recommend Danny Simontov or his business 3rd Eye GPS Trackers & security systems to anyone......I'm asking for my deposit back.
