Disgusted

<p>I had a tracker system installed in my car with the insurance company I was with, when I changed insurance companies, I cancelled my tracker account, well was I surprised as they never cancelled it I was then told by tracker there was an outstanding amount in which I paid and told by a consultant that my tracker would be cancelled with immediate effect, well was I surprised when I received a call saying that there is an outstanding amount to be paid, well I lost it, and said this account was cancelled by them well leadless to say it was not BECAUSE TRACKER STAFF CANT DO THERE JOBS PROPERLY AND STAFF ARE INCOMPITENT the consurmer has to pay for there incompetence they are the worst company ever and will never recomend them to anybody service what service there is none very angry customer.</p>
