Misinformed on Goods and Refuse to Refund

We spent R5500 at this store and were misinformed about what we ordered.<br> <br> When we phoned and said it would not work for what we needed it to they refused to give us a refund and insisted it did work.<br> <br> We have been phoning everyday and keep getting told we will hear back from them soon.<br> <br> Basically we are starting to wonder if we have been ****med - it has been the very frustrating and I strongly urge others not to purchase anything from this company.
