PATHETIC!!! PATHETIC!!! PATHETIC! Customer Service

I get a voicemail when I phone *** and I left numerous messages and I haven't received a return call. I haven't received a statement since the inception of my loan in August 2013. For months now I am trying to get hold of a consultant not specifically Johannes with no avail. I will NOTdo any business with this company in the future. I do not have an account number, I havent received any statement regarding my loan I only have the debit order number that reflects on my bank statement. I cannot stress it enough PATHETIC!!! PATHETIC!!! PATHETIC!!! Customer Service
