NO RESPONSE AFTER OBTAINING PERSONAL DETAILS

During December 2015, I app**** for a loan online on Thinkmoney's website. Thereafter I was contacted by one of their agents. They obtained all my personal information from me regarding my financial status. I was advised that my loan was pre-approved and they will contact me back to finalise the application. To date no one has phoned me back. I cannot find a phone number on their website to phone them and I have since left several follow up messages on their website, with no response! Is Thinkmoney a **** just to get personal financial information, or what is the situation?
