Overseas purchase, lengthy delay with customs, no assistance from company

I purchased a diagnostic scanner Thinkdiag 2 via their online store on 16/2. It was packed and shipped. It arrived at OR Tambo international airport SA on 25/2. This company makes use of Aramex courier service. Since then it reflects being with customs, today for more than 4 days. Aramex just repeat updates with customs, Thinkcar doesn't respond to online queries.
