Not secure storage, they don't respond to queries & no receiving your deposit back after contract end.

No responses when submitting queries. Go directly into offices to sort out queries and instead get sent home and asked to submit query via email. Still have yet to receive my original deposit which was supposed to be credited 5-21 days after cancellation (cancelled 3 months ago). "Secure" storage is questionable and expect the bare basic. The brackets of our storage unit didn't even line up to the storage door so we had think of another way to keep it securely locked. Main fire escape door takes a lot of force to close properly so, majority of clients when making use of their storage unit(s) leave the door open so, any body can walk in and access the units. Very disappointed for the amount of money spent for such small storage space. Would not recommend or use again. With the only plus being the trolleys for ease of use.
