Goods sold including personal and intimate items

Think Secure Storage not as secure. First they openned my unit for non payment and moved my goods in my absence when they could have asked me to be present while they moved my stuff as there are items of value including pertinent documents. And in selling goods they sold items of value and intimacy to my family. If I had a court order about the intended sale I would have arranged to identify my personal effects which include precious stuff handed over as gifts from my family and people back home out of SA where I come from. But they went through all my stuff opening every box selecting what they sold even child 's collection of books and clothes. They also sent misleading emails about having sold everything already. But most of the household property is still there as the other conflicting email later came and I also followed up to check on the goods. I am trying to make payment arrangements but Nicole da Costa whom I have repeatedly informed of my financial situation is unwilling to coorparate. Is the idea really to recover costs or what , because if it is , why not open to the proposed payment plan. They get their money and I get my precious valuable goods which cannot go for the amout owed to the storage. Very disappointed about losing intimate and precious items.
