Disgusted, with treatment!

As I joined with them ,my first day was greeted and helped by a great woman, which know linger works there. I would pay my storage in advance, too. As time went by, I could see as lot of racial staff issues,I received disturbing calls from accounts,Lorna ,which she was extremely rude, I insisted on speaking the owner, as of today, I still haven't heard of him. I then gave in notice as I felt this service was putting me off and would rather support a company with better values as and morals. FYI.. This is a family business , I later then extended my lease as I said I should get over small things, the wonderful reception lady would hand over my bill every month or second month ,which I paid there, but everytime accounts would call with some sort if an issue. I then decided to really now just leave, I was threatened at night when cleaning my rental, when asked questions , got know answers. I have paid my bill up and I see they still sending me bills???? But I left, with security and accounts handing me my paid up bill. Think secure Storage on Sandown RD parklands, you are really as bad example if what Cape Town people are. I do hope your time will catch up too you, as I am aware I was NOT the first or last client, who had HORRIBLE treatment!
