Don't Think Big, think rude and condescending.

<p>received a call a few months back from Nicky Farmer, owner of Think Big Recruitment agency in Claremont, wanting to chat to me about a position. She had recieved my CV days before and I was unable to talk at the time as I was on air on a radio station , which I explained to her. After many hits and misses, including me calling her, I never heard from her again. I completed my contract and contacted her again a few months later after seeing an adverti*****t for a position her company was advertising. She called me and said to me in an extremely condescending way that my CV is 'all over the place' (no previous recruiters had complained) and that I needed to fix it up to her standard before she would forward me for the position. About a month later, I emailed her with my updated CV and her response via email was even more condescending, calling my CV a 'mess' and sarcastically stating I should fix it or not bother. Her attitude towards me was APPALLING. She is supposed to provide a service as well as constructive feedback to candidates but her demeanour is SUPER condescending, patronising, sarcastic and micro aggressive. I shudder to think how she treats her staff! I won't ever recommend any of my peers to this woman. Interactions with her are demeaning to say the least.</p>
