Think Agile? Think Customer Service in stead!!!!

Attempted to get information on their online bundled offer for CSM and CSPO certifications without ANY reply. Multiple attempts to contact them via the online form and provided phone numbers came to nothing.

From a communication and customer service point of view this creates an incredibly negative image.
