complaint

I would like to lodge a complaint in regards to the company called thincats.

Their claimed that qualify for a loan and when I had to receive the loan their insisted that I pay a certain fee which I did not have and their said I can pay half of it which I did nad after paying their wanted more money which I said I cannot afford therefore their should cancel and refund me the money which there are refusing to do so ,their insisting that I pay more money to cancel or wait 30 days.
