Thiko Events Is Refusing to Refund My Tickets – No Communication at All

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Thiko Events. I have been waiting for my refund for tickets I purchased, and the company has been consistently lying about when the refund will be processed. Every time I follow up, I am given empty promises, and still no refund has been made.

They do not answer calls, they do not respond to messages, and they show no accountability. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business dealing with public events.

I am requesting my refund immediately, and I am warning other consumers to be cautious when dealing with Thiko Events, as their customer service and honesty are highly questionable.
