Thikho event is a ****

I bought two tickets for a show that had to be held on the 16th of March 2025 which was then cancelled. I have been doing follow ups on the issue and have been requested 3 times to send my banking details so they can make the payment but till today the payment has not been made. I was notified on the 3rd of March of the cancellation and ordered for the refund to be made. After two weeks they said that they pay 7 days after the anticipated day of the event, which is the 16th, therefore the money had to be paid by the 26th of March considering the public holiday on the 21st as well. Given all the complaints on Hellopeter how is this events company still in operation. Consumers are not protected at all from these people because they are ****mers
