Refund

I am so unhappy for their service they first postpone the event two days before the on 25th of October to 22 November 2025 and said we can get a refund if we not longer interested to go.Before the event I requested a refund and they said will be done after the event.Now it's been 2 weeks still waiting for refund and I ask them now the said they busy with queries and they was a delay from their refund department now I must wait for 45 days.Its so painful because it's not like we didn't want to go it's their faulty to postpone the event. They are not a trustworthy company at all
