It’s either they host disorganised events or cancel and not process refunds. I have been doing countless follow up with them for my refund of R400 they never reply.

The Shades of Marathon CPT event was cancelled in April and I requested my refund immediately, until today I haven’t received my refund and no one is replying to my follow up communication
