If the was a rating below 1 Thikho evens deserve a 0 this people are ****mers they are very good in ****ming people's money, Thikho rescheduled a concert that was suppose to take place on the 02 of August 2025 to the 24th September 2025. I knew I could not attend during the week I then requested a refund for the ticket I bought. I was told to send banking details and that the refund will be processed end of August, than After August I was also told no the refund will be done after the concert, than after I call on the 29 of September Monday I was told it's a Monday no one is in the office ,on the 5th the so called lady that I was speaking to on WhatsApp told me nooo !! we must fist check if the ticket was not used What ?! A Fu''''k after almost 3most of busy request for my refund , Now I’m ignored and my calls and WhatsApp are not answered. It clearly they are used to ****ming people this company really does not care about it's reputation 😡
