I want my money

Bought 2 tickets for event that was supposed to be on 07 December 2024 they only notify us a week before the event it’s been a month now requesting my refund but nothing, they are horrible people to deal with, they don’t respond to your calls and WhatsApp if it happens they answer they will make empty promises I want my money,
