**** events company give me my refund

This company is a **** their events always have issues but we keep supporting black businesses that don’t take us seriously. I purchase concert tickets in May already and they decided to change the concert date and venue and I could not make it and when I requested for a refund they said the refunds will be processed after the concert which didn’t make sense to me anyway the concert has passed and still no sign of my refund. I have sent countless WhatsApp messages and no one is picking up their calls no response on emails and instagram they are avoiding giving people their refund
