Disgusted by Thiko events!😡😡

I bought 2 tickets for the gospel event that was supposed to take place on the 16 of March 2025 at carnival city but it was unfortunately cancelled and I was told I’ll get a refund 7 days after the event but I didn’t, I’ve been sending emails and communicating with them on WhatsApp but they always make empty promises! 4 weeks later Im still waiting! They are now ignoring my calls and WhatsApp texts! I want my money! It’s soo unfair that we have to beg for it 😡😡
