Bad Service by Thiko Events

I bought a ticket for the event on the 6th of Dec and it was cancelled, I requestes them to refund me since that day and till today they keep on saying it qill bw refunded, their communication on FB and watsapp is just lies everyday, they keep on saying they will refund each time I ask for my refund. Their servive is so dusgusting because the even was cancelled by them.
