Bad customer service

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! My husband bought 2 tickets for a show on 6 Dec 2024, which was cancelled. I've been chasing a refund all year, but STILL NOTHING! They've ignored my WhatsApp messages and calls. UNACCEPTABLE customer service! If you value your money, STAY AWAY from this company. I want my refund!
