Sub-standard perfume bottle/spitzer of Alien Perfume - Thierry Mugler not interested to help.

Thierry Mugler's Alien Eau de Parfum. I keep having problems with the spritzer of the 'stones'/bottles I buy. I absolutely adore the fragrance - but the bottle is sub-standard. When there is about 1/4 of the perfume left - the spritzer clogs up and the rest of the perfume cannot be used. I have sent them photos and they just keep passing the buck. According to Thierry Mugler International - the South African branch will contact me - but it has been months without any joy regardless the fact that I keep sending them Facebook messages and e-mails. Now they merely do not react/respond and ignores me outright. The exchange rate for ZAR/Euro is atrocious - and to pay huge amounts for perfume (R1499.00/60ml) - and not being able to use a quarter of the bottle is unacceptable! A reputable international company like Thierry Mugler should not even register on hellopeter!
