smells off

Huge fan Of Alien and Angel Perfume by Thierry Muggler. I got a bottle for Christmas last year 2015.Dissapointed . I have a 3/4 bottle of Perfume that i cannot use, as the spray dispenser nozzle wont work when sprayed and it smells off, yet if left to stand it leaks. I typed a complaint email and the response went to a U.K agent whom imformed me that a representive in South Africa will get back to me. To date know one has responded. Maybe its time i change my brand of perfume... WHY SHOULD I BE FAITHFUL TO THIERRY MUGLAR BRAND... if there is just no care for their loyal clients. PS) i am part of the Muglar Circle, but not for long
