Disgusting service and *********** staff(BringBackMyMoney)

I registered at Thibela college at witbank on the 16th of May 2019 Control System N6, exam only as a new student (where I have to write only assignments then exam), then on the 22nd of May I changed control systems to Mathematics N6. I'm an intern so today (29 May 2019) I decided to cancel the course due to lot of work where I'm working, they said if you deregister they take R300 I paid R1200 then give you a refund so I ddnt have a problem with that, the problem is that today they are telling me that they cannot refund the money due to certain reasons that I don't understand and when I heard that they won't refund me I said OK I will continue studying but NO the lady already she deleted me on the system without confirming with me 1st. Please help me get my money back I really need it.
