Bad customer service and *********** customers

A few days before alcohol ban I went to get a quote for bulk buying. They calculated for me and I told them I would I would pay the next day. When I went to make my payment and collect they told me that prices had gone up. They were rude. I called one of the co-owners of the business telling him what transpired and he said there was no price hike I should pay the agreed price they quoted me which was the correct price not the new one they were telling me about. I asked him to talk to the lady to resolve the matter she rudely refused and insulted me. Upon calculation the prices were hiked by more than R300 by the seller ( Nhlanhla) which was not what the owner wanted. She then insulted me saying I should have not called the owner. When her mother heard that she joined in the insults as well. I repeatedly told them that am not fighting with them.
