I bought a 6.5 kWh lithium ion battery at a generous discount. My installer confirmed the battery was a dud. After telephonic discussions with The Sun Shop an exchange was promised. This has not happened. My calls have been blocked. I have started a legal challenge to prevent these ********s from ripping-off other customers. My journey has just begun.
