Sell subpar products with no real warranty.
If I could give them 0 I would. Bought a Solar pump from them unit failed after 15 days, started expelling black water I open the unit to see what is wrong it burned out. They refuse to replace because I opened the unit. There was no void warranty stickers.

You cannot expect us to carry a warranty when the pump is not used as designed.
You bought this pump on the 14th of August 2023.
We are sorry that you experienced this problem.
When you buy a pump there are instructions included.
Please refer to the instructions, number 4. and I quote: "Pump cannot be used without water for more than 10 seconds, otherwise it will destroy the mechanical seal".
Operating the pump without water will result in a small amount of black water being expelled before the pump stops completely.
This pump is simply not designed to run dry. If you wanted dry run protection, we could have helped you with that.
If you had followed the instructions, this problem would not have occurred.
You also said that you opened the pump, This will void any warranty anyway.

18 Sept 2023, 09:33The pump was never run dry. I has been in a pond do circulate water. I will keep posting everywhere with your bad warranties I seen many complaint on google reviews your warranty means nothing, rather state no warranty.
