Thesera L South Africa

I purchased training which included a kit from a lady called Celest Antiga , who claims to be the sole distributor of the Korean Beauty product Thesera L In South Africa. It costed R12500 for which I was promised exclusivity in my area. I questioned as to why the training is so expensive as the cost of the kit is only R3500, meaning training is R9000. I was told it’s a highly specialized,one on one training . So much so that only I could be trained and not my staff as she refuses to train any ‘*****’ and will then refuse to sell me the Product if I want them to be trained and work with it . I then explained that my staff are highly s****ed more so than myself and they hav a 4yr somatology + btech qualification. She still refused saying the Koreans are very strict and won’t allow it. I found this very ****** but took the training myself anyway as I wanted to stock the product . It was a 2 hour simple training. That same night I saw an advert from the same company advertising the very same training for R8000 including the kit of R3500. When I disputed it as to why I was charged R4500 more I was told this was the price for a group training and was only offered in Cape Town however the ad clearly states avail for Gauteng and Cape Town. So now suddenly a group training is acceptable for the company. The ad was then changed to R10500 incl the kit meaning I was still charged R2000 more. She refused to credit my account or give me a refund. I then discovered the next day that there is another distributor for the same product called EBS doing the training for just R1500 And it’s a full day training. I just want others not make the same mistake as I am now sitting with a training and no product to sell as I am too afraid to deal further with this ********* woman , i am left with a R12500 loss.
