Worst coffee table book

This so called photographer was supposed to make us a coffee table book for our wedding. We waited almost a year for it to arrive and she had soooo many excuses why she couldn't get to it sooner. When we got the book at last, most of the photos were so stretched out that it looked like we have abnormal long heads. Some of the photos was blurred and too small. But the worst of all is, she spelled my husband's name wrong on the COVER of the book!! This is basic photography 101 that she got wrong. She doesn't want to give our money back for the book.
