JAKE “OWNER” of THE ROOFMAN has refused to re-repair my sisters leaking roof.

My adopted Sister, requested I refer a Roof company to assist remedy the leaking roof. We got hold of Jake “owner” of THE ROOFMAN (https://theroofman.co.za/pages/contact-us-today ) who was highly referred to me by a friend. Out of trust we contacted him to come inspect and give quotation.R3500 later the roof is still leaking,on attempts to get Jake out to come remedy the roof his constantly **** and won’t answer any phone calls. We did trust Jake but now want the refund.

I hope Jake can give my Sister some answers.
