Bad Craftsmanship

I honestly was in two minda about writing this but seeming that their reviews on facebook are off and they did not provide customer service after I raised my concerns I have no other choice as to warn other brides and brides****s about my experience. Overall I was satisfied with my Mother of the bride dress when I collected it. However, the day I got dressed some of the beads fell off and the stitches came loose, the clip at the back also popped. I did not pick up weight so no explanation for this. Writing a testimonial prior to wearing the dress seems a bit premature though. Also made a tie at a hefty cost for my hubby but there were no loop at the back. When my daughter respectfully shared her disapproval with her brides****s dresses who did not fit, tore at the seams and had loose hanging threads they quoted her with the bible verse "what you reap you will sow" throwing my daughter with bible verses…I have no words! Thank goodness for Engela from lily fields dressmaking who made my daughters wedding dress being there! She sowed all the dresses to fit and fixed every imperfection.
