After installation service really terrible

He came to install a electrical fencing en do not show up for maintenance on the system he installed,the plastic knobs are faulty and broke of and wires are hanging in the air..electrical wires a safety hazard like that dangling in the air.I phoned him before Christmas and he promised to come and didn't appear till this day.<br> Trying to contact him,he doesn't answer the phone,went to his house,he doesn't open the door.Left several messages and no response.
