Kobus Theron Builder Takes Deposits & Leaves Work Unfinished

I got a quote to have some renovations done on my 1 bedroom flat from a builder that was recommended to me. I got a quote from Kobus Theron (Cobus Theron). He came in much cheaper than the other quotes and being a single female it fitted my budget. He didn't complete the renovations either, I had to lock him out of my flat after giving him a deadline to finish the work. This was after I had paid him for a geyser, which only materialized once the person who recommended him to me started fighting with him to delivery it. I then noticed that my shower wall was missing and he had delivered it to another house and tried to install it there but it was the wrong size so luckily I got that back. Since then I have discovered that he has taken deposits from many people and not completed the work. Before hiring him, I searched the internet for a review of him but nothing came up. This is why I am posting this review, in the hopes that if someone like me searches, they'll find this review. Do not use this man, he is renowned for taking deposits and not completing work.
