A retired pensioner ordered a custom built wooden bed from this guy 0n 28 Jan 2021, thinking he would have good intentions since he came across as a reliable and honest person on Facebook. As a custom made dog bed was ordered and delivered. However it was such a poor quality that it had to repaired by the customer as promises by Shaun Meintjies to repair the bed, came to nothing)) A deposit of R5000 was paid and delivery was promised in 2 weeks. , After several attempts and endless excuses he had failed to deliver the ordered item and failed to refund her deposit, as promised. It’s been 3 months and he is still full of excuses with no evidence of his business even existing. He trades as: Thermteq, Blacksmith Studios, & Modern Wood Craft.

We suspect this is a ****. Do not support him and please do not pay him any moneys.

A case of ***** will be opened shortly and we have also lodged a complaint with the Consumer Commission.
